Nimrod – The Mighty Warrior
Le Riche Automobile hosts a rare gathering of finance industry professionals for a unique film showing of Nimrod, “The Mighty Warrior”, sponsored by UBS Wealth Management and several leading Jersey and London-based private office professionals. Le Riche Consultant and renowned privateer race driver Mike Salmon raced in 13 24 Heur Le Mans races in cars such as the Ferrari 330GTO, Ferrari 250 LM, Ford GT40 and the infamous Aston Martin Nimrod. The film, partly narrated by Mike, was great fund and inaugurated by Senator Terry Le Sueur, later to become Jersey’s Chief Minister. In many respects, the event pioneered the concept of historic cars as “alternative assets.” A free bar ended the evening when many long tales of motoring adventures and classic car excursions followed.
